You don’t have to go this path alone.

Whatever you are struggling with doesn’t have to be handled by yourself. Maybe isolation has been your thing for a while but you’re ready for a change. Maybe the dishes are piling up, your head is buzzing with thoughts, or you want to do the thing but you just can’t seem to do it. Perhaps grief, stress, or transitions are overwhelming you and you’re not sure what to do. It’s a unique and challenging time to be a human.

I’m here to help.

Representation matters, even in therapeutic spaces. Some of my identities are what led me to my specializations as a therapist. As a late diagnosed autistic and ADHD (AuDHD) woman, I understand what it’s like to move through a world that isn’t designed for your brain, and what it’s like to try to communicate with others who seem to be using a different operating system than you. Growing up as a lesbian in a southern state, I’m no stranger to what it means to be queer in a heteronormative society. That being said, it is a complete honor to primarily serve the communities I belong to.
